Everything has been designed and packed with care but if you're not happy, neither am I. If you want to return or exchange an item get in touch and I'll get back to you asap (it'll be easy I promise!). Before you get in touch, please take a moment to read through the important stuff first:

How long do I have?
  • You have 90 days to return the item to me from your purchase date, clothing needs to be unwashed and unworn (tried on doesn't count) and in its original state with all packaging and labels. Any sign of wear or damage will mean it won't be accepted :(
What are my options?
  • Returns can be either exchanged or refunded through store credit or a cash refund to your bank account, exchanges are only for a different size or colour of the same product. Once you have been issued your credit/refund/exchange you cannot change your mind.
What about postage?
  • All postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or sent in error in which case the shipping costs will be refunded to you once I have received the item back and its condition has been reviewed. 
  • If you return an entire order the whole price will be refunded including original shipping costs, if you refund part of an order then the price of that item will be refunded. 
Things to know:
  • Please be sure return items are packaged as suitably as possible to avoid damage during transit and obtain proof of postage in case your items get lost.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.
  • The returns decision is final, things that may negatively affect the decision include but are not limited to; appearance, smell and condition.
